Poor little one being away from her mum so soon, she needs her mum for another 6 weeks.

It's not unusual for kittens to take a day or so to settle in to using the tray and eating properly. Make sure to keep her in a small-ish area as she's so little she'll need to be confined to ensure she uses her tray and can make it there in time.

Yes she is so tiny, I think I will keep her in my bathroom, its spacious enough but not overwhelming for her...She was far too young to have been let go so soon!

I agree that it's way too soon to be away from mom, but it is what it is and now you can work to make her new home awesome!  It's very common for kitties in new environments to not pee or poop for a day or more just because they're so scared.  Be sure to keep her confined until you know she can use the box appropriately and to monitor feeding.  If she's underweight, you can add some stage 2 KMR (kitten milk replacement) to wet food and that will give her a bit of a nutritional boost.  If she doesn't poop today, I'd call the vet just to be sure she's not constipated.  Adding a bit of plain canned pumpkin to wet food can help get things moving, too.

Thank you for your great advice! It has made the worry settle! I have bought some KRM and am adding to her wet food...I will put her in my spare room and make it cosy for her whilst I am out of the house so I can monitor her habits...thanks again
