if she is, she's not very close to giving birth. They lose all the fur around the nipples and their nipples turn very pink when they get close. There's really no way to tell from pictures unless she's very far along.
BUT, if she's not spayed and is over 4 months old and has been outside or otherwise exposed to an intact tomcat, yes, she almost certainly is pregnant . Cats are very fertile.
