HELP i think something is wrong with my cat.

I took in a stray and had her for about 4 weeks now. When I got her she looked healthy and everything was alright. I noticed her stomach was growing really fast and her nipples where growing that is when i knew she was pregnant. Around 2 pm yesterday she started showing signs that she was going into labor she would meow for hours and looked panicked she began nesting and licking her vagina very frequently. She finally settled down in a box that i had placed some towels and a blanket. Then at around 3 am today it looked like she was starting to have contractions. I kept a close eye and waited patiently. I finally decided to go to sleep because i was tired and she still had not delivered anything. I woke up and saw her still in the same spot so i decided i would look what was going on. Then i noticed that when she would push and a pink cone shaped piece of flesh would show from her vagina. It has been coming in and out when she pushes for over 3 hours know I am worried is this normal and what could it be.

You need to call a vet ASAP. Hard labor for that long is a sign that something is seriously wrong. I don't know what time it is where you are at or if your regular vet is still open but if not call the closest emergency animal hospital. They can give you some advice over the phone (although she most likely needs to be seen). This isn't something you can wait on unfortunately- her life and her kittens lives are very much in danger. Get out the phone book and start calling!!!!!!!!

Agree with above, you need to get her to a vets ASAP she may just need a shot of oxytocin or there could be a kitten stuck

How is she?  I agree you should call a vet if you can.  These are vets with emergency numbers.

She looks fine she is sleeping atm.

Even if she is sleeping now I wouldn't wait. If there is a kitten stuck it will not only be fatal to the kitten but to her as well. Plus, the other kittens won't be able to pass through and will die as well. Did you call any of the hospitals? What did they say?

Sorry I'm being a terrible repeat poster- 

I called all the numbers- none are 24 hour (and Blue Cross is disconnected). Ark Animal Hospital is not a 24 hour facility but the woman and her vet husband do see emergency patients. It's $150 for the emergency visit not including whatever tests/procedures have to be done. She said there were no 24 hour animal hospitals in that area. 

So, I don't know what to tell you. What is happening with her is NOT normal, and I have no idea what it is she passed (maybe the piece of a placenta but not a whole one certainly). If you can swing it I would call the lady at Ark but if not you may not have a choice but to wait until morning. Almost all said they opened at 8:00am so I would be up and on the phone then. Even if she seems okay she needs to be checked out. 

I'm sending vibes that she makes it through the night with no problems. PLEASE keep us posted and let us know what happens.
