i was caring for a kitten whose mother abandon it at just a few days old, i was bottle feeding it and have had her 7wks. she was 8wks old and yesterday i took her to the vet as noticed that on friday night when i was tickling her tummy it went very solid like a rock i took her to the vet on saturday and he said she was constipated, a trainee vet felt her tummy and said its like a little rock, he agreed and gave her a suppositry and a dose of laxative. He told me to administer the laxative 3 times a day so i had to give her another 2 doses yesterday which i did he also gave me a suppositry if i needed to give it to her again today if she still wasnt pooping properly i woke up this morning and found her deceased. My question is can constipation be the cause of her death am very upset, annoyed n angry and would like some help/answers ty

Oh my goodness!  I am so, so sorry for your loss.  What a shock that must have been
.  I really don't know if constipation itself could cause the death of a kitten, just know that so  many things can go wrong with kittens that age, especially when they have to be bottle fed rather than having their mother's milk.

I think you might get better answers to your questions in the kitten care forum, which is here:

But again, I am so sorry about your little one

Sorry for your lose.  Unfortunately the only way to be sure of the cause of death is a PM which isn't cheap.  I wonder if the poor mite had a blockage of some kind?  For example an intussusception?
