My cat was away all night. He came home with a white pus eye and in his tear duct. Im worried it will spread to his brain. I tried to catch him so i could get him to the vet. He ran away. He's probably hiding under my house or my neighbour's house. I left food out for him right on the edge of my property. He has got most of his vaccinations.

How long can cats survive with an eye injury?

Have you been able to catch him yet and get him to the Vet?

After 2 days he came out of hiding to eat food. He got hooked behind the eye by a clawed animal. I took him to the vet. His eye was sewn up by the vet with a small gap left over. I have to give him 1 onsior and 2 noroclav per day. I have to rub framixin ointment into the small gap in the corner of his bad eye.
