Does anyone have kitties who like to head bump you? (not sure what it's actually called xD)

My one cat, Emry is my frieght train head bumper, she isn't an overly affectionate cat, but one the occasion she wants attention, she will follow me around bumping me with her head until I give her pets, sometimes she will clear across the room, and at full trotting speed bump her head into my legs, literally bounce off my leg, and walk around bumping her head on everything, somtimes she does it so hard that i can't help but bust out laughing when I hear a random thump of cat skull hitting wood, I often wonder how she doesn't have brain damage u_u.

Paint isn't a head bumper so much as she is a head rubber, she likes to rub her head up and down the calf of my legs, every once in a while she'll head bump but not often.

and Finn only head bumps when she's laying/sitting on my lap and I press my nose against the top of her head, she's wierd anyway o3o

who else has kitties who love to head bump?

My kitty Chaos is a champion head-butter (that's what we call it :lol3:) in fact, my mom nick-named him the billy-goat because he's always ramming into us and the other cats (and dogs!)

Aya is a chronic abuser of the "head-bump" technique to get your attention and affection.

She's a pet on her own terms kitty. Those who ignore her signals are liable to get a swat or a fits full of sharp teeth in response. However, when she's in the mood for loving, she usually goes to certain places where she feels secure, a bed in the spare room, or my sewing machine chair aka the "rub--me" chair, circles around and if you are so unfortunate as to approach her, she head-buttts you to death or until you give in and give her neck scritchies...

This goes on for a minute to five minutes and then you get the swat...

Or bite, if you are really bad at interpreting kitty signals...

She does turn into a mush ball sometimes.

Tolly  was a champion at giving Head Bump kisses. Not just to me, but the other cats too. Mazy cat learned from him and has always enjoyed giving me Head Bump Kisses, but since Tolly left us, she's really upped her activity in this area. She keeps trying to Head Bump with Jennie and Queen Eva but neither are big on Head Bump Kisses. Yet.

Both Katie and Abby love to face bump.

The vet's office has an adorable marble ginger kitty named RJ.  He is a real super duper head bumper; especially if you have food or treats!

Pepper is a head butter and world class cuddler monster. She will wait for you to sit or lay down, then she will run down the hall and dive on whoever is there. She will wrap her paws around your neck and hug you until she gets tired then she will tuck her chin under mine, nub noses and nap for awhile.

Scooter will head but and cuddle if he feels like it or it is storming.

Fluffy will allow you to pet her and brush when she feels like bestowing her attention on us lowly humans. She has mil wrapped around her dainty little paws.

Tails loves to give headbutts when he's in a really cuddly mood and trying to get me to pet him. He has a whole routine where he'll rub against every corner and wall he comes to, then he'll stumble forward kind of zombie-like and slam his head into me. It's really funny to watch, because the rubbing usually involves hitting up both sides of whatever door frame he's coming through, and gravitating toward any object within three feet. He also has a weird way of walking when he does this, almost like his side where he's rubbing is leading the way instead of his head, so he looks like a drunk person stumbling around.

Memphis also likes to heatbutt, but only when I'm sleeping, because that is, of course, the only time he wants me to pet him. His is more of a head-ram than a head-butt though, and it's hard enough to wake me up.
