New to The Cat Site, but not new to being owned by a cat.

My name is Vickie. I'm 43 and have a daughter who will be 21 in a couple months. I take care of my mother full-time. She's 86 and has dementia. We have a dog who's 15, her name is Tia. We have, as of Sunday, 4 cats. Precious is a 13 year old female tuxedo. She use to be extremely irritable in nature but appears to be mellowing with age. Next is Ari, who came to live with us in 2009. She was about 6 months old. She came with her sister, but Angel got out through a busted screen Window and hasn't been seen since. Dusty is the next oldest. She was approximately 12 weeks old when she came to live with us in November 2010. She's a Maine Coone beauty and knows it. Lastly, there's Benny. Benny just decided to invite himself into my house Sunday night while I was standing at the front door. I'm guessing he's about 3 or 4 months old and has his first vet appt this coming Friday. Benny has gone beyond what's necessary in upsetting my girls. He's that guy that just doesn't get it, but so loveable that my girls will surely cave in time.
That's pretty much it about me other than I've had cats in my life my whole life and, while I love all animals l, cats are my favorite species.
