Hi Everyone, I just found a pea sized lump above my cat, Tori's, leg inside of the body. It is moving, not attached to the skin. I am terribly worried and I am taking her to the vet tomorrow asap. I feel so bad as I got her nearly 2 years ago but havent had the money to give her an annual exam yet as I have been out of work. Please send good vibes to my fur baby Tori that this lump proves to be benign. I had a beloved cat, Chloe, who died of cancer at the age of 17 a few years ago. Tori is not even 2 years old yet.

If it's moving, not attached to muscle or bone, it's almost certainly benign. Fatty tumors aren't uncommon, and are usually no big deal (unless in an uncomfortable area). Hope the vet says it's nothing!
