Do have him in ONE room, and make sure he cant hide away. Do give him some cat igloo,or a little nest in a side turned cardboard box.  So he can hide a little, yet he is not totally out of your reach.

This will give him a better measure of safey, of his own, comfortable zone.

After that,

You can also try to wrap him in a thick towel like a burrito, and carry him around perhaps half  hour at a time. Singing softly, making friendly noises, talking with a friendly noises.

This should be quite effective.

If you feel you must forcefeed him, you can also do it in this position (you do know how to do it? Otherwise ask).

What food and what milk are you giving him?  Where do you live?

Welcome to our Forums!

Good luck!

every time we put him in a box he would run away then he cries and we cant even grab him coz we are scared he might scratch us or bite us...he hisses all the time too whenever we attempt to touch him...we tried to give him regular milk and cat food...he always hides underneath the computer desk where he can only fit...or a very cramp corner...

You need to know where he is and he is clearly very scared.  For now a large dog crate, covered, with a covered nest at the far end and food and a litter tray might be best, in a small quiet room.  If you are scared of being bitten or scratched you are more likely to be than if you handle him confidently.  I would happily pick him up by his scruff to put him somewhere safe.

Another tip to handle him safe is, as said, to wrap him up in a towel.  MUCH better than trying to take him by force.  Or take him by scruff, like his mother would do.  If you must handle him.

Taking by scruff works fine for handling.  Wrapping in a towel you can handle him so, and you can use this also for fostering terapy, as mentioned above.

So dont try to take him just for holding him or such.  It is possibly one of the reasons he feels unsafe - you are trying to touch him and take him too early.

We dont recommend regular cow milk. Goat milk is better.  Or some kitten substitute milk, like KMR.

If you dont have any of these, you can try with yoghurt. Or low lactose milk.  You can melt in a little butter into this low lactose milk.

Good luck!
