hello all.

hello, just joined. Here are my cats.

shelby. 8 years old. picked her up from a rescue. The lady at the rescue said the person at the shelter she was at, told her nobody would want her cause shes old. Shes a sweetheart.



Then there is this guy. Mom had three of them and left them. We found out and took one in, only two weeks old. Bottle fed him and took care of him. hes now 1 1/2 years old. And he never stops growing..

A whole lot of names not appropriate for this site. He is 15lbs of hell on paws. lol. And every time we weigh him he gains a little more. He is good, doesn't scratch furniture or destroy things hes not supposed to, but he tears through cat toys like there nothing. Poor shelby gets terrorized all day long. We believe he is part bengal. We cant keep him out of the cabinets or anywhere else. He opens them up. He plays in the bath tub water or shower. He can jump on top of the refrigerator from the ground.

He hates the floor broom, no idea why, but he will knock it out of your hands so it stops moving. He loves his treats, by that i mean peanuts, chips, candy, cookies, french frys, grilled cheese sandwiches, cheese and more. He will chase you around the house meowing until you give him some. He loves reases peanutbutter cups, the little ones, cause he knows how to unwrap the foil. He eats some and then plays with the foil for a while. The funny thing is he has never thrown up once.

Oh by the way his name is sox.

Sox the Snack Kitty. :lol3::lol3::lol3: Ours loves pizza, especially with mushrooms and hot peppers, and he'll get on a cabinet, then swoop down on the table to steal a piece - we call him Kamikaze Kitty when he does that.

Adorable kitties!!  Tiny baby orange cats have a special place in my heart thanks to one my Mom has.  He was a preemie and only 1lb when she got him.  He used to sleep in a tiny ball on my chest and sit on my shoulder too.  He also gives the older cat in her house heck.   But hes deffinitely not the character your Sox sounds like!

We are currently looking for another cat with high energy so he can play with him/her and leave the older cat alone. Hopefully that plan works. lol
