Hi all! I am Karen from Ontario, Canada. I am a registered breeder of Traditional (aka Applehead) Siamese, Traditional Balinese, Traditional Tonkinese and the newly accepted Traditional Tibetan Cat. My cats have free run of the house as well their own room for "private" moments.
My stud is Traditional Lilac Point Balinese. His name is Peavey, after a guitar and amplifier company. (All my cats are names with musical themes).
Next is Champagne Tabby Mink Tonkinese, Sameera Saeed of Thai Dye. She is the first Tabby Tonk to be registered in North America. The colour was only accepted last fall, after much lobbying by Thai Dye to prove that the colour is accepted in other countries.
Then we have the beautiful queen, Traditional Blue Point Siamese, Kudo, who is set to have her first litter this winter. She carries Balinese gene for long hair, so we expect great thjings from her and Peavey!
Last in age only is the stunning Platinum Tabby Mink Tibetan Cat, River, who is named after the song "moon River" by Andy Williams. River is the very first Tibetan Cat to be accepted into the registry in North America. She has the most incredible Aqua eyes! In fact, you can compare River's aqua to Kudo's gorgeous blue eyes in my profile pic. Kudo is the big girl; River is the baby.
Oh yes, there is the honourary "curly Siamese", Blueberry, our miniature poodle who thinks he is the mother of every kitten born here. He is the first one, (yes even before mama) to smell the kittens, and he bonds to each and every one as if he had pushed them out himself!
