My cats don't seem to eat or drink anything, it started last night, I think I might have given them some bad raw beef yesterday (stayed in the fridge to long... ) neither one of my cats are eating now and I bought some permium canned food to see if they'd eat that but they are just sleeping all day, should I be worried?

I'm hardly an expert, but have you tried the "pinch test"? Where you pinch the skin and see how quickly it returns to normal? If it kind of stays in that pinched position for a while that could mean it's dehydrated, which is not a good thing.

Nope, their skin just falls back in to place.

Edit :  It does take a second or two but I assume that's natural?

Then I believe you're okay for now. When their skin starts taking longer to return to normal, then you may want to take things further. Perhaps they just have an upset tummy, and giving them some pumpkin (pure, NOT pie-filling) or plain yogurt will help settle things.

I'll give them another day or so, see what happens... I'm going to feel so bad if i got my cats sick, I hope they are just full or something.

Just keep an eye on them for signs of dehydration, and keep their water bowls full of fresh/cool water.

Their noses are both dry, part of why I asked.

I don't believe a sign of dehydration in cats is a dry nose, unlike with a dog.

EDIT: Even a wet/dry nose on a dog is not indicative of an issue. The only time that should cause any alarm would be if there was a sudden change in the wetness or dryness of your pet's nose.

Have they thrown up or had diarrhea? If not it's unlikely the food has made them sick.

Unless other symptoms appear I'd watch them through the weekend and call the vet if they are still lethargic and not eating on Monday.

I looked at their litterbox, nothing out of the ordinary.  There was a small puddle of clear vomit on the floor earlier but it was very small and I've not seen anymore.

Not eating isn't good.... I wouldn't leave them go another day without food....
I don't know about canned either, as if they have been eating only raw for a while, they will probably feel a little ill from the canned.
One thing that works well here when mine have tummy upsets, is either plain chicken breast, which is a staple in their diets, or freeze dried chicken. You can buy Halo treats at PetCo or another pet store.... Give that for a meal or two, then go back to raw - IMHO you would be safer than canned - it will be easier on their systems
I think your biggest worry is getting them to eat - doesn't seem to me that they are sick from the meat, otherwise they would have diarrhea or would be vomiting.... :vibes:

They seem better today, they ate some food and water. :)  They didn't devour their food as normal but at least they are eating for the time being.  Thank you all who aided... Gotten attatched to the little buggers. :(

Great news! Things may not be back to normal, but they are improving, which is a great sign.

Fighting for ferals in NW NJ!
SO glad to hear they're on the mend! Don't know what upset their tummies, but in the future, if you need something easy on their tummies, I second the recommendation for boiled chicken breast, not canned food. My cats have only been on raw since the beginning of the year, but earlier this month I gave one of my cats a "treat" of canned food, and THAT made him throw up. So shredded boiled chicken breast in some of the water in which it was boiled is a good food for raw fed cats when they're not feeling well.
