I run a pet rescue in rual america,I got an injured kitten in this evening cant get to a vet and wanted to know about buprnex for her I know her leg is broken badly I want her to be comfy until I get her in to the vet,

If you're running a rescue, you really need to have provisions for this kind of thing. . .a vet who's willing to take after-hours calls, or a good emergency vet who will give advice over the phone. Using painkillers is iffy business and proper dosing is important. I hope she's all fixed up now!
