Okay so with the babies being 3 weeks old today and moving around I have decided that I need to get rid of the clumping litter and move onto kitten safe litter. My question is which kind have you guys found to be the best. I do have a small litter box of non clumping clay litter and I must say I hate it, it is so messy and I feel like I can't clean it out without removing all the litter. So tomorrow I am off to the store to get small litter boxes and new litter, please give me your suggestions. I was thinking about the worlds best cat litter? But I will take all opinions into account, thank you

I use wood pellets, other breeders use paper litters but I dislike that as it smells soon as they use it

I do use World's Best for my resident cat and for my fosters and I love it. The only kinds of litter that are truly kitten safe would be those made of wood pellets like MissyMotus is describing or paper (like Yesterday's News). However, I personally am not a fan of either. The kittens will eat the World's Best same as they will any other litter and because it does clump naturally it is not recommended for kittens under 8 weeks. But personally I have never had a problem with it. Certainly you want to keep an eye on them with it and if they are eating large amounts don't use it but a little sampling here and there in my experience is fine.

Just as a general litter I like it because I think it does a great job at absorbing odor and doesn't produce a lot of dust. It is flushable if that is of interest to you.  I also like the granule size and cats and kittens alike seem to enjoy digging around in it!

I don't know about the kitten attract, but the Cat Attract is clumping...

I do use kitten attract when I have an older kitten who is not taking to the litterbox but I don't start them on it. It is similar to a regular clay litter and very dangerous when ingested. Start with one of the more natural bases (wood, paper, corn) and if you need to later switch it out to kitten attract.

I also don't think Kitten Attract covers smells as well as World's Best does. It's worth it if you have a cat who has litterbox aversion but until you reach that point I would start with the basics and give them the chance to learn.
