I missed my delivery by 20 minutes!

I had a gyne-oncology appointment this morning and got home at 12:20 pm.  There was a delivery notice that said a parcel delivery attempt was made at 12:00 pm!  It was my new shower curtain and blender.  Talk about timing!  LOL  I'll have to go pick it up tomorrow or Wednesday.

Ooh I hate that!  Especially because the post office is a pain to get to...even more so with 2 kids in tow now!  But its either that or wait for re-delivery 2 days later!

I hate that. Our deliveries always come between 12:30-1:00 and I always got home at 1:05 when I was in school. I told them to start leaving my stuff on my front porch because I knew I would be home not too long after.

Isn't that the way it usually goes? Why can't things arrive while you're home? Our main delivery people have written permission to sign for and stash stuff in our garage, because I usually order 28 kg. (62 lbs.) of litter at a time online, and cat food by the case.
