My cat is three years old, we rescued her off the street when she was just kitten, she's been primarily an indoor car, but last week she got out and was gone for a couple of days, now she has a bald white spot in whiskers that just appeared. I don't know I'd this matters but she's not spayed. Please tell me if I need to take her to the vet, I'm willing to do anything for her.

She needs to see a vet and be spayed asap, anytime an entire cat is outside you can assume they've returned pregnant.
The vet can also look at her whiskers, could be she rubbed on something.
