Hi, i was given a kitten on the 27th of May this year, the people didn't know how old she was and the vet said approx 9 weeks and i couldn't have her desexed until 6 months old.

She is now eating almost all the time (but i have wormed her) and then vomits, she has become very smoochy and started causing fights with my other two cats (that are both desexed).
Someone suggested to me that she might be pregnant,

any ideas??

The most important thing is to find a vet who won't make you wait to get her neutered.  What country are you in?

Do you let her out?  If you do she *will* get pregnant sooner or later.  Keep her in until she is neutered, and I always get my cats chipped.  I've got one back as a result and it was so, so worthwhile.

Picking fights might just be growing up and rough play.  Is her tail sticking up in the air?  It might also be that she is starting to call and wants to draw attention to her 'interesting condition'.

Worming again won't help and the throwing up might be eating too fast / too much, it might be to do with the food, or it might be something else.

i am in Australia, i have tried to keep her in but as we have 3 cats, she has made it out a few times, every vet i have spoken to have said 4 months or older :( i really don't want her having kittens as there is already so many in the area either for sale or free to good home.
she has her tail in the air almost all day and has started sitting on my chest and smooching my face when i sit on the couch.

Cats come into season from around 4 months, the youngest for one of my queens was 15 weeks.

It's always best to desex sooner rather than later, it's safe to do so from 1kg in weight. I suggest finding another vet who'll do her sooner, and of course keeping her inside.

...Worming again won't help ...
Doh!  Typo of help for hurt.  Worming again won't HURT so long as you are using suitable products - the best one in the UK is Milbemax as that does all the worms we have and a few we don't, is safe for pregnant and lactating cats and can be given to kittens as well so long as the meet the criteria on it's datasheet.

You got her late May so that's over 3 months ago and she was thought to be 2 months old then, so I'm sure she is at least 4 months old.

Where abouts are you? Lots of vets early desex here before 6 months. She should be old enough now by the calculations of how long you've had her

And being in oz we can get the wormer milbemax mentioned earlier over the counter

Depending on the health and condition of the cat, most vets will do an abort/spay but the earlier in pregnancy the better for the cat.
