I'm so proud of Fuzzy, he is the most obedient cat in the world! He was enjoying a nap under a tree in the little mountain behind our house and I called him down because it was about to rain and he was angry, but he still came down because he obeys me every time I call him,no exeptions.  At first he stayed up there and I took advantage of that and took some pics,  I love the little "''woods" area in the back of our house, there are no houses and no people there so he can enjoy his freedom.  Here are the pics:

Very much "king of the hill". Love the expression on his face.

Fuzzy's so lucky! Most of our cats can't go out because it's just so dangerous. He looks like he's really enjoying the sun, with his eyes squeezed shut in a kitty smile!

It is in fact dangerous here too, but I have no choice but to let him go.  He was an outdoor kitty when I found him and after trying for two months to turn him into an indoor only cat I failed.  He was the most unhappy cat in the world, he destroyed everything he touched, he cried all day and all night, he hurt his paw trying to break a window screen so he could get out.  His heart was always beating so fast that I tought he was going to have a heart attack and then he didn't want to eat, so I had to let him do what made him happy, and now he is out,but he comes back when I call him, he eats, leaves again and at night he sleeps inside sometimes.

It is hard and I worry about him everyday, but I have no choice, there are risks and dangers, but he deserves to be happy.  I got him a collar that has my name and cellphone  on it, just in case...

On the other hand my cat Flaqui, who was outdoors all her life, is now indoors only, never goes out, and she is the happiest girl in the world, go figure!

It's weird how cats can be so different. Larry spent the first year of his life on the streets in Brooklyn, and now he's safe inside - hasn't been out since I got him. I sometimes wonder what he's thinking as he's gazing out the window. I wonder if he remembers the streets.

Thank you! He is the happiest boy ever! I keep praying everyday for him everytime that I let him out.  I love this baby to pieces, he will be 6 years old  in September:)

I love you photos, Fuzzy is beautiful :) I wish I could let my Matt out like that, but he was a stray
I don't think he'd come back in. he too cries to go out, yowls when there's a storm coming and has actually broken and escaped through a fly screen and disappeared on me...I was so scared not knowing where he was in our big city with so many other strays around, but then I saw him follow a skunk around the neighbour's fence and brought him in with a scolding. I have been taking him outside on a leash and harness, but hes "grounded" right now until he stops trying to break screens lol. He's trained to come when I get the leash out, and he sits and purrs while I put it on him :) I'll start taking him out again once he's microchipped and I know that he'll be brought back if he escapes.

Thank you!  aww your boy Matt is adorable!!!  I tried puting a harness on Fuzzy and he went insane! It is impossible to do, he is a free spirit.  The thing about Fuzzy is the fact that he never goes far, in fact we can see him most of the time up there on the hill.  And it also helps that he always comes when we call him, he comes every time I call him.   Some people don't even believe it when I tell them.

I do take Lucas and Nena on walks with a harness and they enjoy it so much, but I can't do that with Flaqui, he won't accept a harness on her and since she is so happy indoors,I dont want to risk loosing her.

Give Matt a kiss for me:)

I would bet that when he comes inside, he smells like the great outdoors and you snuggle your nose into his fur.
