at my apartment, yes.
I've complained about people leaving their dog poo on the ground outside. (I moved here in the first place because of the no dogs allowed policy. Now they allow them. Do'h!)
I've complained about how badly kept the entrance way of the building. and the outside broken railing.

Oh yes! But not as much as my hubby :lol3: He is the :king: of lodging complaints to businesses. Especially United Airlines!! We find that it does pay off to speak up. I am not so bold, though.
