spot under siamese nose

my sianese has just developed a spot under his nose.....he seemed to have one on his right ear that just dissappeared the other day...here are some pics...what might this be?

It looks like an irritation, but I can't see it really clearly.

the cat went to vet this morning,,,either my plastic bowls are causing the problem,,,or maybe mosquito bite,,,etc......got a shot of quarterson, and recommended to have stainless steel bowls...i quess siamese are prone to get this at 2 to 4 yrs of age..

I was going to say use stainless or ceramic bowls.  One of mine had something similar years ago and it was attributed to the plastic bowl.  His was feline acne.  Doesn't look like acne from here but I can't see the spot clearly. I have 2 Snowshoes and I'm not aware of them being prone to this type of thing but the Snowshoe is a Siamese/DSH mix even though it is a recognized breed.  I learned at that time that the plastic bowls could actually harbor bacteria which might cause skin problems.  Hope your baby clears up soon
