My cat was on wellness and evo canned catfood, and two days ago I gave her taste of the wild(canyon river feline formula in gravy cat food, and she became very sick with, abdominal pains, diareeha and very dehydrated and was lethargic. She h as been doing very well untill I gave her taste of the wild canned food. So I wanted to let others know to be aware of this food. Thank god I was able to rehydrate her with fluids and other things. I think she is healing from this slowing,im just hoping she will be ok.

Have you contacted the company yet? If there's a problem with their food they need to know about it. Or do you think she was just allergic to something in the food?

What did the vet say? Have you contacted the company? No offense but it's kind of hard to decide to stay away from a brand because of 1 isolated incident without much information.

The recalls were for the DRY food. So far no recall for the canned food, which is made in an entirely different facility.

Every time someone has trouble with a food, they should contact the company. . .if one person reports a problem, they might think it's an isolated incident, but if a lot of people report a problem, they know something is wrong. But they can't know unless people report it.

Contact the company right away.  They may not be aware of the issue if no one is reporting it.   Sending vibes for a speedy recovery

It is poissible your cat had an allergic reaction of the food.  I hope if anyone else has had problems they will post it here.
