I don't know what you are talking about if you don't post a picture of it.
It should be healing well by now - did you mean July 16th? Even so after ten days it should not be raw. Is she licking at it to stop it closing? AS long as it is not red and streaky there is probably no infection, but I think a call to t he vet would be in order.
