Let's talk salads this morning! What's your favorite salad? How about your favorite salad ingredient? And what's your favorite salad dressing??

I love potato salad and I swear I'd eat it every day, if I could. In a regular salad, my favorite ingredient would have to be tomatoes. And my favorite dressing would have to be Caesar. Yum!

Pear, rocket, walnut and parmasan with a lime and mustard dressing...

There is a place near me that has a bacon and cheddar potato salad that is to die for! I also love chicken ceasar pasta salad. I normally try to avoid that many carbs though, so I have green salads. I love cucumbers.

As far as dressings, I go through phases. I was in a ceasar/ranch phase for a long time, but now it is all about balsamic vinaigrette.

I'm not a huge fan of potato salad but I LOVE good maccoroni salad! And my mom's spaghetti salad. My favorite ingredient in a regular salad is radishes. I love them by themselves with ranch dressing. I can go through a whole pint in one day. Dressings depend on my mood and what I'm eating. I usually use ranch, but sometimes I like blue cheese (the chunkier the better) or Thousand Island. There is also a sweet and sour dressing that is made locally that I LOVE on a chef salad. 

Any kind of pasta or potato salad is my preference, but I eat a lot more tossed salad, with yogurt or honey mustard dressing if I have my druthers. There isn't any particular ingredient that's a "must".

My favourite salad is caesar.   My favourite salad ingredient is hard boiled egg (if I am eating a garden salad) or bacon (if I am eating caesar). My favourite dressing is Italian.

I love all salads, but if I had to choose I'd pick Caesar salad.    Dressings: - Caesar, Honey Mustard, Blue Cheese, and lately I've been hooked on Balsamic Vinaigrette.
