Does Xenadrine work...

I started taking my Xenadrine two days ago...
Two capsules twice a day...

02/09/2003 - 124lb
03/09/2003 - 123lb
04/09/2003 - 121lb

Hopefully i'll be down to my original weight by the end of a few weeks...

I think this stuff works!

If that has ephedra in it, I would be careful, it can cause a lot of problems.

I am leery of weight loss in a pill, I would rather do it the natural way - exercise and eating in moderation.

Didn't work for me, made me very "speedy" though, in a not-good way. I liked Hydroxycut better.

It works but its effects are greatly determined by proper eating and excersizing. It's ideal for getting off the last 'hard to lose' pounds.

It's available ephedra-free.

mine is the totally stimulant free version... no speediness at all.. am i am really sensitive to the speedy feeling...

Even the ephedra free version has chemicals in it that can be dangerous. The only safe way for weight loss is the good ole' fashioned way. Eat less, exercise more.

These 'promises in a bottle' are just a way for big companies to make money. Save your pennies and adjust your eating habits.
