I'm hoping to open my own little kitty product business. I just wanna hear some suggestions on web hosts, since I'm a beginner in that area. :lol3: I need a domain name, .com, and a really good web host. Any suggestions?

I have used 1&1 for several years and absolutely love them. I've never had a problem with bandwidth issues which is important to me because my site is primarily for downloads of art material for fellow graphic users.

You can get your domain through them too. One thing that I suggest is that when you are applying for the domain, that you ask to have your name and address hidden from public view. If it is public, anyone that does an internet domain information search will see your name, address and phone number. I prefer to keep that stuff hidden from public view.

Thanks so much! Those are awesome names but my mom already kind of helped me with naming it! It's going to be kittiesofmine.com. I'm going to be selling custom kitty toys and figurines.

I use http://www.webs.com/ for my site and also got the domain name through them. Very easy to use site builders or you can use a custom site instead, which is what I prefer.
I've been using http://christineology.com/web-solutions/ for many, many years now. She started out as dancingstar.net, but switched over last year. She's very good and is always around to answer questions and help you. (I will get credit for recommending her, too, but I'd recommend her anyway.)
