My cat had a nose bleed

Iam hoping someone can help me. My 15 year old cat has had a nose bleed. It wasn't much but Iam so worried because of his age. He's eating normally and he's rediculously active for such an old man. Am I over reacting?

The safest bet is to go to the vet.

If you are sure there no other problems and the bleeding stopped quickly then you can probably relax.

If it happens again go to the vet asap.

Your cat should have a full blood panel done at his age. Have you done that?

How was the vet appointment? And just remember to use a cold compress such as ice across the nose and gently squeeze the nostril during a nosebleed! I hope everything is alright.
