This is why only a half dose of vaccine is recommend on kittens who've had a hard road. I do hope she picks up with the antibiotics, and agree wouldn't be spaying her until she's 100% better and bigger since she's certainly not at any risk with her carer of getting out.

Half dose for all vaccines or a particular shot?

With antibiotics Delilah is already back to her normal self. She is eating everything I put down for her today and even had more afterwards at dinner tonight. Her eye is clear already too, even though she has only had the drops for two days.

I'm sure it will be a few months at least before I am comfortable having Delilah spayed. I will decide with my vet when she is ready. I'm sure the day I have her spayed I will be worried until she is home again.

The only shot I give is the 3 in 1, we don't have Rabies over here.

She'll have plenty of people thinking about her on that day I'm sure. So pleased to read she's picked up again, she's a strong little girl.

Hopefully she will be free of temporary medical problems before Spay Day arrives.

Thanks everyone! I am so happy she recovered quickly too, I hate seeing my baby feeling icky. I can only hope she stays better. I really don't want to put her back on antibiotics again. She has spent 7 weeks total on them, there were breaks between them but that's still a long time on antibiotics.
