Hi everyone!
Also new to this forum, so an introduction is in order. My name is Eva. I live in the Netherlands with my four cats and rabbit. English is not my native language, so excuse me if I make mistakes.
Let me introduce my animals:
Mya and Zeya are two Burmese sisters from the same litter. They turned 2 last april:
I also call them the twins, since they look so much alike. In the photo Mya is on the left and Zeya is on the right. Both are very active, social and playfull cats. They love to curl up together, often in heaps like this:
The third cat in the picture is Lara. Lara was found on the street when she was only a couple weeks old. I adopted her from a shelter. She'll celebrated her first birthday last May. Lara is also a very social and playful cat. This is what she lookes like when she's not covered under Burmese cats
In this picture Lara is playing with Noortje. Noortje was also rescued from the streets. She turned two this january and has been living with me since she was nine months old. I've seen Noortje come a long way over the last year or so. In the beginning I could not pick her up and stuf like that. Now she comes to sleep on my lap and she has learned to play with other cats. Noortje is very large for a female cat and does not understand her own strength
Yes, this used to be a cathouse with a pointed roof before Noortje stood on it.
The last member of the household is Stuiter.
Stuiter is about four years old. He and the cats get along quite well. I always get the impression the cats would rather live in Stuiter's cage than anywhere else
