More cheap canned or less raw?

I was wondering for the same price per day, which would be better? 4 cans friskies (I have 11 cats) and high quality dry? Or 11 pucks of raw (nature's varity) and same high quality dry?

Those little pucks of NV are super expensive. Does your store have the 2-pound chubs? Those are way cheaper. If not, the 8-ounce patties are cheaper, too.

I agree--as little kibble as you can afford. Mostly canned and raw.

the cheapest wet is better than the most expensive dry.  i'm starting to wonder why they make dry cat food at all.

you also might be able to do what i'm attempting (haven't done it yet so i can't guarantee it works): source free-range meat from independent farmers and find a person who would be willing to slaughter if i have to buy live chickens, and then grind up the meat.  i would pay for the ingredients if they would do the work, and hopefully they'd have cats to feed too.  i only have three but i'm getting tired of spending all my grocery money on cat food.

personally, i think pre-made raw is way too expensive.

I'm currently feeding the NV Instinct Raw to my cats. I buy the chubs, and while it is expensive I figure it will save money in vet bills later on! :D I agree with the others, stick with raw and canned food.
