Smokey

The xrays showed that Smokey, one of the rescued kittens found about a month ago, suffered a severe fracture in the hip area. This prevented her from using the litterbox and walking. The vet recommended euthanasia. I agreed. Smokey was in pain and surgery if possible would have been unsuccessful. Goodbye, sweet Smokey! 

I'm so sorry again Maria, but the main thing is she's not suffering anymore, poor baby. And you did the best you could for her

Have fun at the Bridge Smokey. Your going to have lots of cats to take care of you there

I am also very sorry, Maria. AW you have been through so much of late. Little Smokey was lucky to found you so you could help her to the bridge. RIP little Smokey

Oh hun! I'm just SO thankful she had such a wonderful home and life - and knew she was loved, even though her little life was so short. :rub: She mattered. :heart3: :heart3: :heart3:

Smokey
