Hello! I've posted here before about my little guy's experience with his shots ( he was absolutely fine :)) but we've recently moved and he's been showing something strange things.

I've noticed his nose has been completely dry, I've heard both it means he's sick and it doesn't mean anything... can anyone clarify on this?

He's had this gunk building up in the corners of his eye's. I've cleaned it out with a warm wash cloth but it just keeps coming back. It's not black, but it's a light color and it's gooey.
He's been napping a lot (but what kitten doesn't?)

Otherwise he's the same, he eats and drinks normally and plays a lot.

I know that kittys can sometimes get colds, but are they deadly? I'm planning on calling the vet ASAP, but I would like as many answers as possible for now.. thank you. :)

Sounds like it's just the normal stuff that kitties get when they sleep.  Kinda like the "sleepy" you get in your eye.  If his eyes are exceptionally runny, then that's a different problem.  All of my kitties get the dry stuff in the eye.
