Hello from St. Louis. My kitty is Annie who is a very sweet calico born in Maine. She found me almost 19 years ago on a back road when I was driving home around 10 pm. I saw a truck swerve in front of me and then saw a kitten. The truck stopped and came back because the driver was afraid she hit the cat. She didn't hit her and we retrieved not one kitten but 4. I took them all home and my cat Kitty-Kitty was not impressed. I found homes for 3 kittens with friends and Annie stayed. Kitty-Kitty really didn't speak to me for months but finally realized Annie was pretty cool and there was enough love for both of them. All was well and we lived happily. I returned to St. Louis over ten years later and we all have had a pretty happy, comfortable life. Kitty-Kitty died a few years back and you all know how horrendous that can be. Annie has a few problems but is still going fairly strong and enjoying life with me and Sadie the Italian Greyhound. That's our story.
