Paul had has final (#35) EECP treatment today.   Going very well - and seeing the dr for a folllowup next week.

I think I told you what an amazingly warm and friendly office this is.     This morning when we arrived they told hin they had a special surprise for his "graduation".   After the treatment the nurse (her name is Nema) took us into an office where they had a giant 4 1/2 Ft. tall stuffed bear as a gift for him.  He had been telling them the other day about us seeing a bear running across the road not too far from where we live.    As if that surprise wasn't enough, they had a big buffet set in the kitchen area --- rolls, croissants, veggies & dip, chicken wings, cheese wrapped deli, salsa and chips, and key lime pie to top it off.     Took a bunch of pictures of all of us with the giant bear.   I've never seen any dr's office that does things like that.     Dr's wife (who is a dr also) said we're all "family".      what a surprise!

Set the bear on a chair on our family room and cats are thoroughly confused!   Tony of course is frightened.   Angel and Tippy are just trying to figure ut what it is.

That was so nice of them. I've never heard of a doctor's office that does anything like that. I start work next month in a doctor's office (he's a gastroenterologist) and I'm sure I am not going to see anything like that.

Wow, I have never heard of a doctor's office doing something like that! My dad got a few balloons when he was released being in remission, but no spread like that! I think either you found a very special doctor, or Paul is so special he wormed his way into their hearts. I think it's a combination of both ;) ,

I've only been on here on and off, but I'm SO glad Paul is doing much better! You both have been in my prayers even though I haven't been on much and kept up on the up dates. Give a big hug and kiss to Paul from me!

WOW - that is really, really kind of them. I am so glad that you and Paul found this doctor. Great, caring people all the way around, for sure. Good to hear that Paul is doing so well too. :hugs:

What a nice thing to do! I'll bet you're both really relieved the treatments are over with, no matter how nice the doctors and staff were, though.
