They were definitely far too young (the vet thinks they were 3-4 weeks when my son brought them home), and Koopa, the orange one, nearly died.  Happy to report very healthy little boys who are thundering through the house as I speak!

They are ADORABLE beyond words and good on ya for your wonderful cat-building work
(And don't you just love the "thundering herd"?

These little guys definitely stole our hearts - turns out my sig other has never had pets, so this has definitely been an experience for him!  He's very protective of 'his' baby, Koopa, the one that was the worse off.  He nursed him constantly, carries him everywhere (Koopa loves to sit in the cargo shorts pocket while SO walks around the house), and tries to intervene when he thinks Pepsi is being too rough.  I try to point out that Koopa provokes Pepsi constantly and that it's normal kitten play, but he still scolds me by saying my 'fat cat' is picking on 'his baby' (joking of course, but makes me laugh every time - my fat cat who weighs less than a pound!!).

It IS instructive when the little furry baby suddenly opens a door in the heart we didn't even know was there!

So heartbreakingly small... but at least they have each other, even if they can't have their momcat.

And you. They have you. That's important too. :)
