Ok I just found a new born kitten in my garage and it was under the pile of recycled things so I put it in a box. (I think the mother left this one behind)

I heard a few more meows, I found 2 more new born with their umbilical cord still attached that was also attached in a flesh thing that look like a liver. I dont know whether to take them or just leave them there. Their mother is my aunts cat (its a stray but my aunt feeds it outside everyday) This cat is always pregnant and popping out kittens and i remember it ate some of her kittens. Its raining so hard, there is no sign of the mom cat... I kinda want to keep them. (I dont know anything about taking care of cats but im willing to learn)

Should I keep the kittens or just leave them there for the mother to eat?
should i put cloth in the box? What should I do with the umbilical cord?

Here, I took a video of the kittens attached to a flesh thing:

Okay, vets are not an option because they are expensive as hell.

The flesh is the after birth(its at the other end of the umbilical cord correct?

You need to tie it off about where the others are chewed off by mom and then snip on the side of dental floss towards attached stuff-kitten/cord/dental floss at the tip (it will fall off in a few days-string and all).

Not sure what area/sttae you are in but that would help-do you have 24 hour stores?

You may want to call emergency vet if close enough to see if they will sell you milk replacer without a visit.

Also if craigslist is an option see if anyone has some milk replacer/supplies

Go ahead and get something in there after you make sure they are dry.  Keep them warm as they can't(if you do a heating pad offer some part of the box with no heating pad under the box so that they can wiggle away from it if they get to hot.  Towels may get the nails stuck so something without the loops is better(sweatshirt turned inside out would work well)

Mother seems a bit strange as usually they take care of the babies and cords, though will leave kittens alone to die if they are sick or deformed.

If the mother has left them without even detaching the placentas she is likely not coming back. You need to cut the cord so to speak. You can rip it with your fingernails so it tears, this is better than cutting it.

First thing you need to do is get them into a dry warm nest. A heating pad on low covered by a soft blanket, make sure they have a place to crawl off the heat if they get too warm. Then you need to get formula and a bottle. With little newborns time is very important so the faster you act the better. They are going to need to eat every 2 hours around the clock (yes, even overnight) and you will need to stimulate them to use the bathroom. You can do this with a warm wet washcloth and just gently rub. If your emergency vet is anything like mine you can call them and ask them for over the phone advice. When I suddenly found myself with bottle kittens my emergency vet spent a lot of time talking to me on the phone about it.

Rip the cord as far away from the kitten as possible, and until they are warm enough they should only get oral rehydration fluid.  You have to use the right technique to bottle feed - kitten on it's tum is vital - otherwise the feed goes down the wrong way.  Unforunately kittens this age don't have a cough reflex.  If you see milk bubbling out of their nose the outcome is almost always fatal as they get pneumonia.  :(

http://www.fabcats.org/owners/kittens/handrearing.html

Handrearing is very hard work, the kittens need feeding every 2 hours night and day, toiletting before and after feeding, they eat vast amounts of food (more than an adult cat when growing fast) and get through mountains of cat litter.

Start on gently warming them, but ring round to see if you can find a feline foster mother for them - local rescues and vets - and they will need effective worming with something from the vets as well.  If you feel you don't have enough time and/or resources, or getting a home will be hard, it might be kindest to take them to the vets to be pts.  If you plan keeping any you need to be able to afford to get them neutered and provide basic vet care.

And try to get the mother cat neutered - depending on where you are you might be able to get it done for free.

Thanks guys!

I have fed the kitten with the formula i got from a petstore and it had peed and pooped already. :)

The mother cat is now in my garage but shes not doing anything to the 2 other kittens. They're still crying. I dont think I can take them in 'cause the mother might freak out. I think I'm going to wait till morning and I plan on keeping the first kitten.

If you can do anything at all to reunite mother and all the kittens, preferably in a safe place like the garage, I would do it. It is incredibly hard to take on a really newborn kitten -even a two week old one is very hard work for an experienced person, so that many shelters euthanise any newborns that come to them. It is so heartbreaking when you do everything you can and become attached and then the kitten dies. It is so much better for them to be with mom. She will likely take them all back if you can get them inside in a box. ANd then feed her kitten food and formula, with some goats milk or natural yoghurt, at least till the kittens are two-three weks old, when you can decide what to do. Ideallly, if they survive, th ey should be with mom till they are 8-10 weeks lod, though you can start to socialise them well before then. There is masses of information here to help you. But good luck whatever you decide.

Um if she really ate her kittens I would try to hand raise or get a mom to foster these babies.  Also I would get her spayed ASAP or turn her over to a shelter if you really can't afford it.  She will continue to have babies and this is so bad for her body let alone the kittens.
