O.K., for a little background, my parents, husband and I run a small business in North Alabama. About 3 months ago, we sat our employees who work on the front stocking and selling down and made a few minor changes, one of which being the fact that they were going to lose the radio that had been on the front, basically because it was too loud, and they were killing too much time swiching stations. Since then, we have cut back and only have one doing that job now, we're taking care of the rest. So Friday, guess what she brought in? yup, a radio! After each of us made sure that the other had not given her permission to have it out there, (noone did), I told her at lunch to lose the radio before the boss had a conniption fit. Not only did she not lose it, she has it up louder than before and is sulking! If she doesn't decide to quit, I guess bad ole me gets to fire her....oh boy, I love seeing women cry. Sorry so long, just needed to get this out before quitting time....Thanks !
BTW, she had been warned about the volume and such several times before it was removed ! sigh......people !
