I couldn't decide if this should go in the photos or the lounge, but since there's photos, I'd post here!
In 9 days, I would have Cassie for 1 year exactly. The year has flown by so quickly, and in the beginning, it was not easy at all, between Cassie coming down with a virus that affected her joints and gave her high temps.. then pink eye, then ringworms. Plus it did not help that it was rough introducing Monet to her. It took about a month before Monet took to Cassie and accepted her.
1 year ago on Cassie's Gotcha Day. She was ill with 104 temp (unknown on that day she was so sick until a few days later..). She was scrawny and spayed a few days prior.
And here's a few pictures I took today with Monet. They get along very well, though they are not at the 'snuggling and cuddling and napping together' stage, but the fact they eat together, play together, share the apartment, the bed AND me is just awesome! Maybe one day they'll learn to snuggle with each other <3
