My cat's eye wont open properly, and when it is open something looks to be covering it.

We've had our kittens for about a week now, one of them plays around perfectly fine but his brother (Champ) won't open his left eye properly, and when he does open it it looks like it's being covered by some skin, for want of a better word. Any idea what this could be? He's 2 months old.

Thanks everyone

The appearance of the third eyelid over the eye is often a sympton of illness. I would get him to a vet, asap as he is now vomiting too.
