So this morning my MIL (also my next door neighbor) made blueberry pancakes for breakfast. While I dearly love pancakes, I passed on the invite. I just can't eat a heavy meal like that first thing in the morning. My breakfast (if I have one) usually is yogurt or a piece of fruit on my way out the door. I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day but my tummy apparently doesn't wake up until some time around noon.

So, do you usually eat breakfast, and if so, what do you have?

I usually don't bother on weekends, but during the week I have a sandwich and a second cup of coffee after I get to work.

Absolutely I eat breakfast, but like you, I can't eat pancakes (in fact I am allergic or something to them!). Every morning, I have 2 corn tortillas with soy "Jalapeno Jack cheese", chipotle or other salsa - these are called quesadillas.  I have some kind of fresh fruit, a small fruit juice, coffee, and my vitamins.

I don't have a big breakfast. Usually a fruit/vege smoothie that I throw together OR a protein bar. I always have coffee!!

I never used to really.  Or I'd eat something on the go.  I need to be awake enough before I can eat.  Now that I'm a stay-at-home mom I find I need the energy!  I usually have a bowl of cereal with some defrosted blueberries and sometimes raspberries or cherries too.  And I've gotten into coffee!

My other favorites are egg sandwiches and bagels.  I try to stay away from the bagels because of the cream cheese.  But I find the egg sandwiches fill me up longer.  Toast with peanut butter and a drizzle of honey is awesome too!

Unless we decide to do a shopping day and start off with breakfast at Cracker Barrel or a similar place, I don't normally eat breakfast. My coffee at work, followed by slices of a Granny Smith apple is usually all I eat in the morning.

I always have breakfast. I usually have a multigrain bagel or some whole wheat waffles and yogurt. Of course I HAVE to have my coffee.

Usually a granola bar and a Babybel cheese. Sometimes: a banana if I have them (they go mushy so fast!), a yogurt if I have time to eat at home, a peanut butter sandwich, an apple, and on Sundays cheesy scrambled eggs and a slice of toast with cream cheese.

I do drink coffee but I don't usually have it until lunch time. I'm awake enough before noon, it's after that I get tired and need caffeine.

If I go out to eat, I want the whole bacon-and-eggs country breakfast!

I normally have an English muffin or oatmeal. Occasionally I get an egg white flatbread from Dunkin Donuts.
