I lost my blue persian, casey, in February do to kidney failure. I couldn`t stand the thought of not having a cat, as I have had one all my life.2 days later I found the cutiest brown tabby persian. She is the sweetest thing. Comes running every time a door opens and rolls on your feet and talks to you.Itis necessaryto listen, because her voice is so tiny. Call her Betsy. We are retired, and are gone some of the time. So Betsy is by herself and gets lonely. So we bought her cousin yesterday. She is a blue-cream. Her name is Belle. Came home, put the carrier down and Betsy went inside. Not one hiss or bad vibe between them.

I`m sure they will keep me busy and will be so much joy.. Belle is very shy, but is doing well and Betsy is alomst jumping for joy to have a buddy.     gail43

Welcome to TCS!  That is so awesome to hear they hit it off like that!  Our 2 are littermates but I do think it helps to have 2.  Especially for kittens.  When they were small they kept each other company and would cry if they couldnt find the other one in the room!

I was sure there would be some adjustment time. Maybe they remembered each other. Their names are Betsy, in the picture, and Belle. I will get a picture of Belle when her hair grows back. The breeder I got her from, fell on her basement steps, breaking her arm and some ribs, so she was unable to keep them groomed, so Belle has a lion cut for now. But, she has a beaitiul face and tail. They are so charming, my husband, the Doberman lover, has benn completely won over. Even the Doberman is ok with it.
