Because I can't find any office jobs that don't require talking on the phone, which I am unable to do for various reasons, I decided to look for a pet care job. At Petco and Petsmart, all jobs require talking to customers, so I can't work at a pet store. It seemed like I will never get a decent job I am able to do.
Then someone who is helping me find a job called and said there is a boarding kennel with a job opening. If I can get an interview there, I can imagine getting an offer because I spent the last eight years volunteering at a shelter have been owned by cats 18 years. I would love to do it. How could anyone not love getting paid for petting and playing with cats?
