Hi everyone! Just signed up a couple days ago and figure it's time I did the intro thing. My cat's name is T.J. Unfortunately we lost him three weeks ago after 15½ wonderful years. I wish so very much that he could have stayed with us longer but it wasn't meant to be. Before he came into our lives I was more of a cat tolerator than lover, I guess. We've had other cats down through the years and I liked 'em all okay but mostly they did their thing and I did mine. But T.J. was so different and special right from day one, he totally captured my heart. He is my "soul kit" and it's because of him that I am now and forever, an official cat LOVER. Think I might have a picture or two of my little buddy somewhere around here. Ah yes, there he is. Ain't he gorgeous?
HANGIN' OUT ON HIS PERCH, CUSTOM-MADE BY DADDY
WAITING TO BE SERVED A COLD ONE
LOUNGING IN THE GARDEN
HIS FAVORITE SUNNY SPOT NEAR THE "SALAD BAR" (CATNIP)
I got a few thousand more pics of him but I think I'll spread them out a bit, eh? Maybe put some in the gallery. Anyways, about me: I'm 61, happily married to my first wife Sue for 40 consecutive years and have three grown daughters, two of which have presented us with 6 beautiful and/or handsome grandchildren. I love them all dearly, almost as much as I love my cat. I'm retired which I also love dearly. We live in Ontario, Canada about half-way between Toronto and Niagara Falls. I'm a member of a couple other forums but I wanted to join this one specifically so I could just write stuff about T.J. and not have people going, "Oh No! Not another post about his CAT!". Also I figure if you guys are cat lovers then you've gotta be nice people. So I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and also reading about your kitties and their assorted tales. See you all later.
