What's the last thing you ate?

Beer.  I got up l-a-t-e and debating what to eat.  Would have been pizza but some 55 lb brat dog got them...

Looking at a take out menu that has the best pics.  Pizza and more place. 

Braised rump roast with new potatoes and carrots, with some gravy made with the braising liquid.   Silly helped me finish it and then polished the plate.

Does a shot of Fireball count?
 

Cookies and mint ice cream 

Fresh baked bread. Half-wheat, with olive oil.

Bread is about the only thing I can cook properly. I don't trust myself to use the stovetop because I always forget and leave things to burn; but my oven has a timer that you shut off by turning the heat off on the oven. So I can bake. And I baked some bread. The trick to baking really good bread is to knead it properly, until the dough is really really elastic and not sticky at all, and then to bake it until it sounds hollow when you thump it.

So yes, bread is yummy. That is all.

I had a cup of greek yogurt with some cherry marmalade....yum

A South Beach peanut butter protein bar!!! and coffee!!!! NOW it is almost lunch time !!!!

I just ate some Garlic and Black Bean Artisan tortilla chips, they were really quite tasty and my ever-present Diet Pepsi

6" veggie sub from Subway. I was way to tired to put forth effort on food tonight. :lol3:

Had a late lunch with some friends and ate at Red Robin! Had the bbq chicken wrap.... MAN was that good!!!

I just had some wasabi soy almonds.

Spaghetti and garlic bread.  And a few blackberries while I was cooking.

Porridge with banana, cinnamon and honey... not that unusual, but it's 3pm!

It's 10.30pm here and I just enjoyed some vanilla ice cream with fresh strawberries from the farmer's market. mmmmmmmmmmm.

Low carb bagel and coffee.
