English muffin and coffee.
low sodium canned chicken with zucchini noodles/scallion and celery. Bite of english cheddar goat cheese.
Ham and Cheez Whiz sandwich. Too lazy to make real food.
scrambled eggs with deli turkey, bit of homemade mock potato salad.

Cinnamon frosted pop tart. (Lately all I want to do is eat)
I feel cold today...Fall is here, which I don't mind except for I don't like cold weather! Just had a lunch cm: low sodium canned chicken with steamed broccoli and some cream cheese, over shirataki noodles (have 0 carbs, 0 calories, 0 fat..0 everything..lol).

A Sunbelt Bakery Fudge Dipped Chocolate Chip Chewy Granola Bar (they were on sale and the store and I had a $1.00 coupon...they're not bad, but not as good as the Keebler soft cinnamon swirl cookies, according to dear Richard, anyway)

Peanut Butter crackers Chicken Noodle Soup and a small container of Mandarin Orange slices.
scrambled eggs with a bit of cheese with onions and chives in it, leftover steamed broccoli in the eggs.
A banana 
A cup of coffee with a sugar cookie and a snickerdoodle. (My mother wanted sugar cookies, so I made some yesterday to take to her today. Rick wanted snickerdoodles to take with him to Oregon.)
