I just had some vegetable curry with rice.

A double chocolate muffin from the local bakery.

Barbeque, string beans, fried corn and applesauce.

Ah soyaburger with cheese, Andalous sauce, some mustard and ketchup..

Coffee now. We went out with friends last night. I had a chicken dish. It was stuffed with goat cheese, roasted red peppers and spinach with a basil. sauce. I ate way too much and am still full.

Orville's Smart Pop Kettle Korn is what I had for dinner last night. My dessert was 7 ounces of blueberries. Drinking coffee now.

Last night's snack, Healthy Choice fudge bar (my fav) I am now hungry for breakfast..............

Right now and it's sooo good: apple pie with ricotta. I know it sounds very weird but it's heavenly. Ricotta, in case you don't remember, tastes like milk. See, I like apple pie a la mode but it's usually too sweet. This is way better for me.  

(Ricotta is usually used for stuffed shells or manicotti and I believe it's seasoned first.  On apple pie I use it straight from the container.)
