I know exactly how you must feel, I would feel lost if I didn't see my babies everyday, specially Lucas who is so attached to me.  I hope you can get home soon so you can be with your babies:)

Good, so I'm not the only one. I don't even like to travel if it means being away from my kitties.

I know how difficult and upsetting it must be for you to have to travel so much and be away from your little ones! I guess the homecomings must be like getting presents or like your favorite holiday :clap::clap: Wish you didn't have to go away from them so often but you have such a wonderful surrogate momma in Kelly  :D  And you are always in contact with her which has to ease the pain just a teeny bit. :cross: :vibes: ;)

When I was in the hospital last year for a week, I thought I would go out of my mind missing the kitties so much.  And then
Patches
had crossed the Bridge just before I got home.

I have a similar story: Two years ago I was in the hospital for 11 days. The wife said that Deli and Nina were meow-ing at the door waiting for me to come home, so, to calm them down, the wife took a fresh "Rosie the Rat" toy to the hospital so I could rub my smell on it for the cats. That seemed to work and the wife said that Nina gave it a bath. About a month after I came home, Deli was diagnosed with lymphoma.
