He looks sick , very thin, We are trying to get food in him but he's not hungry, He could have worms, can that kill a cat. We just can't bring him in. can't pick him up and he would go crazy in a carry box. Any suggestion are welcome.

Try feeding him canned, sometimes that can be the difference between them eating or not eating.

You can and want him in, but doesnt manage to catch?

You must use a trap. Or if you can get near enough him, you may try with wrapping him in a thick towel.

About food, you can try with canned, or something good and smelly.  Look onto the tread of how to trap and make a irrestesible bait in there...

Good luck!

I agree with offering the canned food - Fancy Feast or Friskies wet foods are fine and that is what I offer my feral cats outside. If he won't eat and is looking very, very ill, then you might have to borrow a trap just to get him to the vet and have him humanely euthanized. If he is old as you say and suffering with illness, then I would not leave him out there. Hard to do, I know, but he might need your help in getting him to the "bridge" :rbheart: :shame: :vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes:
