VERY CONFUSED!!!

My cat had babies 11 weeks ago which have all found new homes, sadly there mum was run over and died ( i have had a cat keep coming to my door as my girl used to hang with her. she has been around for weeks and i now no she is a stray if i can catch her i will take her to the vets on monday to see if she is chipped. Here is my question when i managed to have a stoke of her she is very pregnant but so i try to have a look at her and she has white milk coming from her nipples so its not colustum , when i phoned the out of hours vets they said this could happen up to 2 weeks before birth????? i thought it was colustum first then there proper milk came about 1 day before??? i would hate her to have babies outside so am gonna try get her and keep her in till tomorrow as no one is claiming her.

Again, cats are strange.  I've heard form some others here that this can happen.  Sounds like you are certain she is still pregnant and not just fat and nursing already (which would be very strange for a stray cat to be that fat while nursing).  It would be nice if you could get her in the house, maybe put some revolution/stronghold on her for fleas, and take her in for some dewormer and fiv/feluk check.
