Cats are weird, they haven't read the books, and quite a few neutered cats will push up with their bum if you stroke the base of her spine.

Hopefully the vet wormed and deflead her.  If not, I would ask.  In the UK we normally use Milbemax for worms which treats roundworm and tapeworm and is safe for pregnant and lactating cats.

Also make sure you are kitted out to weigh the kittens each day - I use a cheap set of digital kitchen scales that weigh to 1g.  They should gain 10g or more most days.  Some don't gain or even lose a bit of weight in the first couple of days, and there is sometimes the odd hiccup, but steady weight gain for the first 3 weeks is normal.  A kitten or even the whole litter failing to gain weight is a big warning sign.

Think she is simply marking your house.  Cats have scent glands under their chins and in other places, and the rubbing leaves it behind.  You can't smell it, she can.

Yes, there is a change in hormones right before labor, I believe it is progesterone that drops and causes heat like behavior in some cats.  This is ok.

It is very common for a cat very close to giving birth to throw up and be sick and lethargic. Sounds like she is getting ready.

Typically a momma might have diarrhea, throwing up is less common but can happen.  Most cat will stop eating before hand so that she has room to eat the placentas.

You can and as you are anxious, should phone and ask your vet. If you do have access to a vet.

You were at this vet with her earlier, so you can consider yourself as his paying patient, and my guess is he will answer and give telephone advices, as long as you dont overdo the asking.

It depends of course on what this sick is, you are not describing it very well.  some "symptoms" ARE common, as the above said, if it is more and you plainly see she is sick, better to phone a vet and let him decide, if it is just the normal "symptoms" - or something more and else.

You dont want to risk to have a high preg sick for real...

Good luck!

you dont describe this being sick much.

But some symptoms are quite common, say they get loose poo, even diarrhea, some day before the delivery.

If it is something which look serious, my advice is not guess, but phone you vet. Describe, let him ask follow up questions... and let him decide  if, and what you should do.

Good luck!
