Cats are weird!  If you can feel the babies moving and she is well in herself I would try not to worry - quite a few cats stick their bum in the air when you stoke them.

Did the vet deal with worms and/or fleas?  Hopefully yes.

And remember, she can get pregnant again very soon after she has her kittens so keep her in until they are weaned at 10 weeks or so.  You also don't want her having them somewhere outside, nor do you want her having an accident and leaving you with tiny delicate kittens to hand-rear.

Also if you don't have any, get a cheap pair of digital kitchen scales that weigh in grams.  Once she has had the kittens, weigh each one at about the same time each day and record the results.  They normally put on 10g or more each day.  Losing a little weight in the first day or two is normal, so is the odd hiccup, but steady weight gain for the first 3 weeks is what you are looking for.  If one kitten fails to gain that suggests a problem with that kitten, if all of them that could be a problem with mum.
